Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar state laws (Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, and Florida FDBR), residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Our position: we do not sell or share
OLISE does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page exists for transparency and to provide a clear, conspicuous link as required by CPRA §1798.135.
We also do not use personal information to train or improve any general-purpose AI model, ours or any third-party’s.
2. Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a universal opt-out signal across our marketing site and dashboard. If your browser is configured with GPC, no further action is needed.
3. Submitting a request
If you would like to submit a formal opt-out request, a Right to Know request, a Right to Delete request, or a Right to Correct request under California or another applicable state privacy law, email privacy@olise.ai with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request” and include the type of request, the email address associated with your OLISE account (if any), and the state in which you reside. We respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension as permitted by law.
See our full Privacy Policy for additional rights available to residents of other jurisdictions.
