A Routine is a repeating communication task that most service businesses perform manually — sending a thank-you after a return, confirming an appointment, or following up on a missed reservation. They're predictable, valuable, and time-consuming.
In OLISE, a Routine is a trigger + audience + message + schedule. You define it once. OLISE executes it forever — adapting the copy slightly with each send so it never sounds like a robot, and pausing automatically when a contact opts out.
Unlike generic email automations, OLISE Routines are designed around the actual lifecycle of a service business customer: the call that booked the reservation, the check-in that started the relationship, and every touchpoint that follows. The data comes from OLISE — no integration required.

How is this different from Mailchimp?
Mailchimp is excellent for newsletter-style broadcast campaigns. OLISE Marketing is built for service businesses that need event-triggered, audience-specific communication — driven by what happened on a call, during a reservation, or after a visit. Your contacts are already inside OLISE; no import needed.
Will my emails end up in spam?
OLISE sends transactional and relationship-based emails, not cold blasts. We configure proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your domain, and Routine messages are low-volume, high-relevance by design. Our customers average open rates 2–3× higher than typical marketing lists.
What does it cost?
Marketing Routines are included in the OLISE Growth plan ($1,499/month). Each email or SMS send costs a small per-unit fee that you control with a monthly spending cap. There are no hidden platform fees, and you only pay for what actually sends.
Do I need technical knowledge?
None. Setting up a Routine is as simple as choosing a template, picking your audience, and setting a schedule. OLISE handles domain authentication, deliverability, and unsubscribe compliance automatically.
Is this GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant?
Yes. Every Routine includes an automatic unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM) and respects opt-out lists. For EU contacts, OLISE stores consent records and only sends to contacts where you have a legitimate interest or explicit opt-in under GDPR.
Can I import my existing contacts from Mailchimp?
Yes. You can import a CSV from any ESP on day one. Going forward, new contacts are captured automatically from every call and reservation OLISE handles, so your list grows without manual work.
