Privacy Rights Request
OLISE Technologies LLC honors privacy rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable state and national privacy laws.
1. What you can request
- Right to know / access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you and the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients.
- Right to correct / rectification — fix inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Right to delete / erasure — request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to portability — receive your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to opt out — opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See our Do Not Sell or Share page.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — under CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will not result in a different level of service.
2. How to submit
Send your request by email to privacy@olise.ai with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request”. To save time, you can use this pre-filled template:

Please include in your message:
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, etc.).
- The state or country in which you reside.
- The email address associated with your OLISE account, if any.
- Any additional details that help us locate the records subject to your request.
3. Verification and response time
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification is proportionate to the sensitivity of the request and the information involved. We will not request more information than necessary.
We acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests (with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests) and within 30 days for GDPR requests (extendable to 90 days with notice).
4. Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you (or a valid power of attorney under applicable law). We may still contact you directly to verify your identity and confirm that you authorized the request.
5. Appeals
If we deny your request, in whole or in part, you have the right to appeal that decision. Reply to our denial email within 60 days with the word “Appeal” in the subject line and we will re-evaluate your request. If after appeal you remain dissatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general or applicable supervisory authority.
